Actually, the Help Desk response comes like 2-3 days after you sent it.

help desk ppl are lazy, they jus send u back an auto msg

1 - 2 Buisness days. You post on a weekend you're going to need to wait until Monday ish usually :). Just wait and give them time XD they don't sit at their computer refreshing their inbox constantly just to reply to things :) They have a lot to do.
