I've been thinking about this for quite a while now.
Well, mainly most guilds have a either selfish guild leader, nice one but never gets involved or a nasty one that never talks. Sorry if i offended all you power wanting FR00BS.
Well my idea was that, there is NO leader. Everyone in the 'COMMUNITY' not a guild, gets equal powers and once a month they all decide on what needs to be improved and who needs what and so on, thats what ive come up with so far.
If anyone has any ideas, then go ahead, and if any wants to give good or bad points please do, im here to listen aswell :D

Hmm, thisis a good point and it could work. But having just a good GUild Leader is pretty much all you need. When i was a guild leader i took all things into consideration, what the members wanted. It could be a good idea to try this out with no guild leader. BUt i believe there still has to be some kind of moderator for the guild, even if hes not called the guild leader. Everybody pretty much needs someone to look up to and follow.. im not sure if you understand what i mean but yeah.. Hope you do.

What's the point? A Guild is for fun. If you don't like the leader, or the guild, then you can just leave and join one that you like. You will never find the perfect guild, or the perfect guild-mates. There will always be some ignorant little kid that joins and thinks he's "all-that".

You do realize that you need a leader for a guild to be made? You can say everyone has equal rights, but you or whoever the leader is still has the power. If you don't like the mechanics of the guild system, simply don't join one. There will still be plenty of other multiplayer events you can take part in like Town V Town or Player V Player. I've heard something about a Dark Army as well.

even if there isnt a leader required this still wont work
in the real world this is wat we call anarchy
as members increase so will the opinions of members. there is no guqrentee that u guys will come to a conclusion on anything. it will just build frustration
