I have two ways to lead this clan.

Current: We max out on 30 members, and when someone wants to join, they must be better then our worst player, and the worst player will leave the clan. This, over time would make the clan more skilled, and 30 is a controllable number. Only downside is that our "underachievers" are good/funny guys. A bit cold blooded for me ( im a nice guy rofl).

Past: We let in Average-Pro players with no member count. This will rise us in ranks, but the skill conentration will be ... "diluted"

I try not to get very close to the under achievers =( it would be messed up to kick em if i do

Which is why you don't let them in your clan in the first place.

Problem solved, and no one has to feel guilty/neglected.

If you want to be a top clan, you need to have top players.
