Hello GunZ Users,

Its Clan War Tournament time again! We're going with the same schedule and rules we used last time.

You may only play for ONE clan the entire tournament. We will be checking and kicking those who have played for other lineups.

Schedule:
Qualifying Period: July 1st ~ July 12th
Tournament Match (Round 1 & 2): July 18th
Tournament Match (Round 3, Final Four, & Championship): July 25th

Game Details:
Game Mode:
Team DeathMatch
4 vs. 4
Rounds 20
First team(Clan) to win 11 rounds or the clan with more wins at the end of the 20 rounds will win the match.
In case of a tie after the 20 rounds, there will be a sudden death tiebreaker match.

Game Options:
5 minute Round Time Limit
Late Join Allowed
Friendly Fire Off
No Level Restriction
Team Balance Off

Final Four & Championship Game Settings:
Team DeathMatch
4 vs. 4
3 Sets of 10 Rounds
First to 6 Rounds or clan with more wins at the end of 10 rounds wins the set.
First to 2 Sets is declared the winner.
5 total maps will be pre-selected for Map choice.
Higher ranked clan chooses the 1st Set Map
Lower ranked clan chooses the 2nd Set Map
If there is a tie and a 3rd set is needed, each team chooses a map they do not want to play from the remaining map selection.
The 3rd set map choice will be the remaining map.



Rules:

Only clan members who joined on or prior to July 5, 2009 may participate in the tournament matches. If you leave and rejoin a clan after July 5, 2009 you are not eligible to play in the tournament. Please be careful and DON'T kick any of your lineup from your clan. You would think this to be common knowledge but every tournament it happens at least once. Don't let it happen to you.

No Twin Names.

Clans will compete for clan points during the qualifying period. At the end of the Qualifying period, the top 32 Clans will enter the bracket Tournament. If any member from a clan is reported for cheating/hacking, that clan will be disqualified from the tournament and the next
ranked clan will take its place. Clan management is clan master’s responsibility. Clan Masters and Clan Administrators, think twice before inviting just any members to your clan. Once decision is made by GMs, it is final.

Swapping for clan points will result in disqualification for both clans.

Maps will be selected by GMs

General Chat is not allowed during tournament game play. Use clan chat or team chat to communicate to your teammates.

Use Ventrilo at your own risk. We are not responsible if/when your ip is under attack.

Players can not leave during the game to change their equipment.
If/when a player is disconnected, the game will not stop. The game will continue with or without that user. He/she may join in the game once their connection is restored. Have a backup player ready in case of disconnection. Again, we are not responsible for your connection issues.

Any sort of hacking/cheating by any member of the clan will result in the clan disqualification from the tournament.

Any disrespect or abusive language towards GMs or other users will result in an instant kick and possibly a ban.

Be smart and turn your whispers off. It is your responsibility to come to the match prepared. If someone is spamming whispers to you, it is within your power to turn whispers off.


Prizes:

1st Place:• Unlimited set of clan master’s choice to the 4 users playing in the Finals Tournament Match (special item packages/rare item sets not included). Same set (30 days) chosen by clan master to the rest of the clan members (must have joined clan before July 5, 2009). $100 WalMart Gift Certificate for the 4 users playing in the Final Tournament Match. Forum Sticky post with clan introduction and list of clan members to show clan pride.

2nd Place:• 180 day set of clan master’s choice to the 4 users playing in the Finals Tournament Match (special item packages/rare item sets not included). Same set (15 days) chosen by clan master to the rest of the clan members (must have joined clan before July 5, 2009). 50 G Coins for the 4 users playing in the Final Tournament Match.

2 Clans tied for 3rd:• 2 teams that lose in the Final Four will receive 90 day set of clan master’s choice to the 4 users playing in the semi-finals (special item packages/rare item sets not included). Same set (7 days) chosen by clan master to the rest of the clan members (must have joined clan before July 5, 2009). 25 G Coins for the 4 users playing in the semi-finals. .

(Offline prizes can only be shipped to residents of the US and Canada. Users outside of these regions will receive the G coin equivalent of the prize(s)
