Hello AVA players!

As we get closer to the official release of Open Service for AVA, it is important to maintain a direct line of contact with the players. As such, we have just opened 2 new E-mail accounts for customer support.

The first is AVAHacks@ijji.com. This one is fairly self explanatory. If you have evidence of someone hacking, or you have a website that you would like to report for releasing hacks, or really anything hack related, please E-mail AVAHacks@ijji.com. Please refrain from reporting players you merely "suspect" of hacking. Unless there is evidence to support the claim we will not be able to take any action

Unfortunately there is no in-game recording available, so I would recommend using the Xfire video recording service. (A FAQ on the Xfire video capturing can be found here http://www.xfire.com/faq/#FAQ_category_31) Upload the Xfire video to xfire.com and then send us the link in the E-mail.

The second is AVAGM@ijji.com. This one is for more general reports or inquiries, such as Suggestions, Bug reports, things of that nature.
