Default Why xWinNer Got Banned?
GM's, and others
i would like to know, why xWinNer ( old YokohamaBR ) got banned by "billing issues on Google Checkout" if he never had any Google Checkout account.

he got an e-mail wrote that:

At this time the associated ijji.com account which has a pending charge, and may not receive ijji coins until you have completed one of the below actions.

Account Name: xxxxxx
Amount of charge: $100 USD

To regain access to your account:

1. Contact your bank and/or credit card provider to see if there is any issue with your account. Also to make sure you have enough funds for the transaction.

2. Recreate the initial purchase and complete the transaction.

Once these steps have been taken, we can further proceed with the transaction itself.

What the heck is this ijji? A person that doesnt even use google checkout is getting blamed for billing issues with the client? It doesn't say that his account is suspended as it should be according to the message if it was only a pending charge, it says his account is terminated.
