What SHOULD be done when you have an issue. Send your computer specs to people who care, the help desk. What should be done is have a catagory for these issues and what would be sent in is...

First search the forums for a answer. Such as this good one. solution!!:Of several problems[nomsg, error log, launcher errors, cant accss server] By Franky1988

1)Set the message up in helpdesk, and state your problem(issue)

2)What system it is
A- Such as Windows XP
B- Windows 2000
C- Windows Vista
Don't forget to add what version you have, like home, premium, or whatever.

3)What ever should apply in the device manager. like
A- The display adapter(s)
B- Network Adapter(s)
C- Port(s)
D- Processors
E- SCSI and RAID controllers
F- System Devices
G- And anything else you think be involved with the problem(The more the better!)

4)Possibly other programs that could be interrupting it.

Open it and thats all the programs that are running. You should put the important programs in as well.

5)What YOU think is causing it
So ijji knows what your thinking is causing it. To get an idea on whats happening to you.
And now i say "Why do this?"

The reason for doing this, is so that ijji can collect information on what computer people who share a problem, and pinpoint why it is happening. It should get someplace on the solution on these problems if everyone co-operates.

EXAMPLE:

1) Hello! When i start up GunZ, my computer freezes when I enter a server.

2)I am running on Microsoft Windows XP, Home edition, Version 2002, service pack 2.

5) Im guessing its my processor.

Now THIS IS NOT REAL. I do not have this problem, these are my computer stats, and i run perfectly fine on ALL ijji games.
